State energy major — multi-entity programme
Across JAFZA, DMCC and the Dubai Department of Economy, we have handled multi-entity registrations, shareholder / manager / director changes and annual renewals for a state-owned petroleum group’s UAE companies.
Group holding structure — DIFC
We designed and registered a DIFC group-holding company for an investment group, and structured and set up UAE entities for several high-net-worth individuals.
Cross-zone re-domiciliation
We have re-domiciled companies between UAE free zones — including a Hong Kong company’s Dubai subsidiary — preserving continuity of licence and operations.
